Changes to the Parish Development Plan (PDP) follow this procedure:

The master copy is held in the Parish Office.
Leadership Teams may ask for changes in their section at any time.
Changes to the 'Main Priorities' section may be made only by the PCC.
A new version of the PDP is published following each PCC meeting (if there have been any changes).
Changes are indicated using bold type.

The PDP is published in two versions: the full version and the summary version. The summary version has only the 'Main Priorities' section. These versions are made available as follows:

• Full version
  • A copy of the full PDP is placed at the back of each church for reference.
  • The full PDP is put on the web site at http://www.lymingtonchurch.org/PDP
  • Printed copies are available from the Parish Office.
• Summary version
  • Several copies of the summary version are available at the back of each church.
  • The summary version is put on the web site at http://www.lymingtonchurch.org/PDP
  • The summary version is printed in the Parish Magazine.
